manual and time-consuming task. Lit-support must run activity-reports, review client agreements, and coordinate moving
cases from “active” to Repository mode, Cold Storage, or even archive them.
SOLUTION
CaseFlow continuously monitors the entire Relativity instance and will automatically execute all administrative actions. CaseFlow
can be configured at the instance-level, and at the client/matter-level. This flexibility allows CaseFlow to adapt to different clients’/matters’ retention agreements.

CaseFlow will monitor the Relativity instance and automatically move workspaces to the appropriate state.
Notifications
CaseFlow will notify stakeholders before any workspaces are archived, placed into Cold Storage, or moved to Repository.
Collaborate
A case still needs to stay online? No problem, stakeholders can pause the automated action from the email notification.
